Complaints

Our objective is to provide HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICES and when a claim occurs we are committed to resolving the matters PROMPTLY AND FAIRLY. If you wish to register a complaint, kindly contact us:-

  • By writing to the Managing Director at the address shown on our letter headed paper (or business card).
  • By telephone.
  •  In person.

Notification of Incidents

1. Only on the provision of prompt notification of incidence can your Insurance Company take steps to protect your interest, therefore it is essential that you notify us immediately. Failure to do this may result in your insurer refusing to accept the Claim

2. Do not accept a Claim (even if you believe that you are liable).

3. A letter or other forms of communication-making allegations which you may give to a Claim from any Third Party must be passed to us immediately, without acknowledgement.
